Artists wishing to submit work to the art show must follow these guidelines:

1. All works must be or have been created by the artist submitting them. Works that appear copied, forged or otherwise plaigerized may be subject to being requested to show a letter/certificate of authenticity or rejection by the exhibition committee.

2. All works submitted must be accompanied by the entry form, one form per entry, including background information about the artist as well as pertinent information about the artwork. It is requested that if the artwork is for sale, that the artist include a sale price and approximate worth. The artist should state whether the artwork will be for sale or not, prior to the exhibition date. The form may be downloaded via this link.

3. The artist will be responsible for making arrangements for drop-off and pick-up of artwork. Since there is no storage for this event, artwork cannot be stored in an appropriate location.

4. The exhibition committee reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions at any time for any reason.

5. Artwork featuring profanity, obscenity or pornography will NOT be accepted as part of the exhibition.

6. Although not required, it is requested that if the artwork is for sale that a portion of the sale will go to the National MS Society. Terms of sale of any artwork is between buyer and artist and Art Endures claims no responsibility for any bad transactions. All sales will be considered final.

7. Mail completed entries to Art Endures Exhibition, C/O Jeffrey Brown, 32 Embassy Ave., Hooksett, NH 03106. If completing a digital entry, please email to info@artendures.org.
